Cancellation Policy
At Day 2 Day Services, we are committed to providing quality services and respecting the time and schedules of both our clients and our professionals. To maintain this commitment and ensure a fair and efficient booking system, we have established the following 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: 1. Cancellation Notice: Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. 2. Cancellation Deadline: To avoid any cancellation fees, the cancellation or rescheduling request must be received at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. 3. Cancellation Fees: Clients who cancel or reschedule their appointments within the 24-hour window may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be communicated at the time of booking. 4. Missed Appointments: Clients who fail to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice may be charged the fu fee. 5. Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise.
